Who We Are
We're glad you're here
At 1412 Connections, we exist to promote meaningful connections in pursuit of greater things.
Every service we provide is rooted in connection—with self, with others, and with purpose. Our work is shaped by decades of leadership development, vocational training design, instructional expertise, and a shared love for learning, storytelling, and community-building.
We design custom solutions that equip our clients to live with confidence, serve with joy, and grow in faith and purpose.

The Heart of Our Work: John 14:12
"Very truly I tell you, whoever believes in me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father."
This verse grounds everything we do. We believe:
-
Every person has a greater purpose
-
Faith becomes powerful when it’s lived out in action
-
Connection is a sacred tool for transformation
We are here to equip, encourage, and build families and communities that reflect the love and mission of Christ.

Co-Founder & Director of Learning Solutions
Heather Everett
God has led our family around the world and back again, shaping in me a deep love for people and their stories.
I offer organizational development and design learning experiences for families, churches, nonprofits, and businesses—drawing from years in volunteer and leadership development, vocational skills training, instructional design, and family mentorship.
Focused on curriculum design, training development, and equipping individuals, families, and leaders with accessible, trauma-informed learning tools, I create people-centered solutions that strengthen connection, purpose, and community.
As a mother of six, retired military spouse, and lifelong learner, I bring a relational, strategic approach to building thriving families, organizations, and workplaces.

Co-Founder & Director of Community & Family Engagement
Daniel Everett
I am a veteran, mentor, and father of six, whose personal story—from early adversity in West Philadelphia to faith-led service—shapes my mission to restore families and communities.
With a background in behavioral science and ongoing training in family therapy, my personal redemption story fuels a mission to restore relational systems and equip others for greater purpose.
Focused on mentorship, transition planning, and strengthening relational systems for youth, families, and communities, I bring empathy, passion, and strength to my work –guiding individuals through critical life changes and fostering systemic change for underserved families.
